Illustration with a design for a charmeuse dress, gilet and shoes ensemble, part of the 57th issue of the "Journal des dames et des modes", published in Paris on December 20, 1913. The illustration features a woman wearing a black coat with orange lapels, with borders and belt of white and brown fur, over a narrow, black skirt with flounces and orange lining, tied with an orange ribbon with a tassel on one side, a large hat with white and brown fur, a large white feather and black and orange ruffles, a fur muff that matches the coat, with white and brown fur, gray silk stockings, and black "clergyman" high heeled shoes. She wears yellow gloves and her face is heavily made up. She stands next to as mall, white dog that wears a green suit.
